I am passionate about my work and consider it a privilege to accompany my clients through both the triumphs and challenges of life. My goal is to help people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, and I genuinely enjoy highlighting the progress and growth I witness in them. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point, as a non-biased, outside perspective can be incredibly valuable. My preferred approaches for working with clients include EMDR, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
